Refund and Cancellation

Requesting a demo of Stebly costs nothing and carries no obligation. This policy applies to paid Stebly subscriptions offered by Stebly Systems.

Stebly is billed once a year, in advance. You can cancel a subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of the year you have already paid for, after which it will not renew.

Fees for a billing period that has already started are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or expressly agreed in writing. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us and we will look into it promptly and fairly.
