What does Stebly cost?
₹2,999 a month plus GST, billed annually in advance. That covers all eleven modules, the Android apps, unlimited users and employees, 10 field salespeople, the distributor portal, the Loyalty app, online training and online help with your data import.
What is bought separately?
E-invoices and e-way bills, WhatsApp messages, SMS and AI credits. You buy them as you use them, and we share the rates before you start.
Is there a monthly payment?
No. Stebly is billed annually, in advance.
We have more than 10 salespeople. What then?
The plan includes 10 field salespeople on the Field Sales app. Need more? Talk to us and we will give you the rate.
Can you bring my data over from Tally?
Yes. Parties with their balances, items with their stock, and BOMs come in from Tally in one go. No Tally? Fill in our Excel templates instead. We help you online, at no extra cost.
How soon can we start?
Once your data is ready, the import takes a few hours and you can start the same day. Begin with your next order; old open bills come in as opening bills, so your dues are right from day one.
Do you train our team?
Yes, online, and it is part of the plan. On a video call, stores, purchase, the floor, accounts and sales each learn their own screens. Training at your factory is extra, on request.
Where is my data kept?
On servers in India. A full copy goes to your own Google Drive or OneDrive every day, and you can download all of it whenever you want.
