Stebly is operated by Stebly Systems, Sanidhya 253, B-603, Near Speedwell Party Plot, Rajkot 360005, Gujarat, India. This policy covers this website, the forms we use to take demo requests here and on Facebook or Instagram, our support and job application forms, and the Stebly software our customers use.

When you request a demo or contact us, on this website or through a form on Facebook or Instagram, we collect the details you share: your name, business name, phone number, email and any message. For security and to prevent abuse, our servers also keep basic technical logs such as your IP address for a short period.

When your business becomes a customer, we also keep the details we need to set up its account and bill it, and the name, phone and email of each person who signs in.

When you report a problem through our support form, or tell our team about one, we keep your name, company, phone number, your email if you give it, what went wrong and any screenshot or PDF you attach, with a record of what we did to fix it. Only our team can open the file.

When you apply for a job, we keep your name, phone number, email, the city and work you tell us about, any note, and your CV. Only the people who hire at Stebly can see your application.

We count visits with Umami, which runs on our own server. It sets no cookies and does not keep your IP address. For each visit it records the pages seen and their address with any campaign tags, the site that linked here, your country and city, your browser and type of device, taps on our phone, WhatsApp and email links, and when the demo form is sent. The click codes that ads add to an address are blanked before anything is sent.

When you arrive from an ad, a tagged link or another site, your browser keeps the campaign tags or that site's name for 30 days, so a demo request sent in that time shows how you found us.

When you send your name and number for a demo, your browser keeps one cookie for up to three hours. It lets the next steps of the same request (your company, the modules to show, a time to call) be added to it, and it is removed when you finish. The Cookie Policy lists everything this site keeps in your browser.

We use your details only for the purpose you gave them to us for: to respond to your request, contact you about Stebly, and improve our website and service. A support ticket is used to fix your problem and to check with you that it stays fixed; a job application, only to consider you for jobs at Stebly. We do not use your data for unrelated advertising, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that help us run this site, such as our email and hosting providers, and only to the extent needed to operate the service or where required by law.

A business that uses Stebly keeps its own records in it: its customers, suppliers, items, orders, accounts and staff. Those records belong to that business. We handle them only to run Stebly for it, as it instructs, and never sell them or use them for anything else.

Our team opens a customer's workspace only when the customer asks for help, or when it is needed to keep the service running and safe. A customer can download all its data at any time, and Stebly backs it up each night to the customer's own Google Drive or OneDrive once it connects one. When a customer leaves, we delete its workspace and data on request, once it has its copy.

Some features pass data to the service that does the work, and only when the customer turns them on: WhatsApp messages go through Meta, e-invoices and e-way bills through a GST Suvidha Provider, SMS and email through their delivery services, app notifications through Google's notification service, and the AI assistant's requests through the AI service that answers them.

If your details are in a business's Stebly records, as its customer, dealer or employee, that business decides how they are used. Please contact it first; we will help it answer you.

We keep this website and the Stebly software, with the data in them, on servers in India.

• Demo requests and messages: while we are in touch with you, and after that as long as our business records need them. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Support tickets: while your business uses Stebly, so we can see what was fixed before. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Job applications and CVs: while we hire for the job, and after that while they may help us offer you another job. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
• Server logs kept for security: for a short period.
• A customer's data in Stebly: for as long as the customer uses Stebly, then as set out above.
• Anything the law requires us to keep, such as tax records, for as long as the law says.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us:

• for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
• to correct, complete or update it;
• to erase it;
• to stop using it where you gave your consent. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.

You can also name someone to use these rights for you in case of your death or incapacity. Write to hello@stebly.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Stebly is made for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data of anyone under 18. If we learn that we have, we delete it.

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and protected with access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to keep your information safe. The Security page sets out the safeguards in Stebly.

If you have a concern about how we handle your personal data, write to our Grievance Officer, Stebly Systems, Sanidhya 253, B-603, Near Speedwell Party Plot, Rajkot 360005, Gujarat, India, at hello@stebly.com. We acknowledge every grievance and resolve it within 30 days.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we handle our customers' data, we tell our customers by email before it takes effect.
