Stebly is an all-in-one ERP for Indian manufacturers, built by one. It started on a shop floor, with the same ten Excel files, the same orders lost in WhatsApp, and the same Tally stuck on one PC that every small manufacturer in India knows too well.
We got tired of running a business on guesswork.
We make and sell real products. For years we ran the business the way most Indian SMEs do. Production in one spreadsheet, dispatch in another, dealer orders over phone and WhatsApp, and the books locked inside Tally on a single computer in the accounts room.
Nothing talked to anything else, and by the time the numbers reached the owner they were a week old and half wrong. So we went looking for something better. Over almost five years we tried one ERP after another. The big names cost lakhs and needed a dedicated IT team to run. The cheaper tools each did only one piece. Not one of them fit the way a real factory actually works.
So we built our own. We took the best ideas from every system we had used, threw out everything that slowed an owner down, and made it fast. It is keyboard-first: no mouse needed, ESC to go back, a shortcut for almost everything. We ran our whole business on it first, fixed what broke, and only then gave it to other manufacturers.
